One island, one city, one region
Laval covers all of Île Jésus, between the Rivière des Prairies to the south and the Rivière des Mille Îles to the north. It is both a city and an administrative region. Its former municipalities became neighbourhoods: Chomedey, Sainte-Dorothée, Fabreville, Sainte-Rose, Auteuil, Vimont, Duvernay, Saint-François, Pont-Viau, Laval-des-Rapides and a few others.
Three stations on the orange metro line reach it (Cartier, De la Concorde, Montmorency), and a string of bridges connects it to Montreal and the North Shore. Highways 13, 15, 19, 25 and 440 cross it.
Between Montreal and the North Shore, often in the middle of the family
Your parents stayed in Laval while you settled in Montreal, on the North Shore or further away? Then every device problem turns into a trip for you.
Rupert takes that trip off your hands. Book online by choosing “For a parent”, take the technician’s call, and he is the one who crosses the bridge.
A condo, a bungalow or a residence
In a condo or a house, the in-home booking is the right fit: a one-hour visit at the address given. If your parent lives in a seniors’ residence and management wants to offer the service to everyone, they can ask for a quote on the In residence page. We answer within 24 hours at most.
