On the banks of the Rivière des Prairies
Ahuntsic-Cartierville takes up the north of the island, along the Rivière des Prairies. The Île-de-la-Visitation nature park keeps traces of the old Sault-au-Récollet village. Several bridges lead to Laval, and the orange line has three stations there, including Henri-Bourassa. Saint-Laurent, Villeray and Montréal-Nord surround it.
