Montréal-Nord lines the Rivière des Prairies, across from Laval, to which the Pie-IX Bridge connects it. Henri-Bourassa Boulevard crosses it from east to west, and the Pie-IX rapid bus service runs through it from north to south. Ahuntsic, Saint-Léonard and Villeray-Saint-Michel surround it.
