Repentigny belongs to the L’Assomption RCM in Lanaudière. Highway 40 runs through it and crosses the Rivière des Prairies on the Charles-De Gaulle Bridge toward east-end Montreal. Charlemagne, L’Assomption and Saint-Sulpice are its neighbours.
