Ville-Marie covers downtown, Old Montreal, Chinatown, Centre-Sud and the Village, as well as the islands of Parc Jean-Drapeau. The Jacques Cartier Bridge lands there from Longueuil, and three of the four metro lines run through it.

Apartment towers often have a front desk, an intercom or a door code. If that is the case for you or your parent, mention it during the call before the visit, along with the apartment number.
Once inside, Rupert’s technician works on your devices as anywhere else: the building’s Wi-Fi or your own, printer, tablet, accounts. He leaves a note of what he did.
