Yes. The visit takes place in your home, whatever the floor. If access is tricky, mention it during the call before the visit.

I live alone on the Plateau and my children are far away. Who books?

You, or one of them. If a child books for you, they leave their number and take the call from Rupert’s technician before the visit.

The Plateau, its plexes and staircases

The Plateau-Mont-Royal borough spreads east of Mount Royal, between Outremont, Rosemont and downtown. Its streets of plexes with outdoor staircases, Mont-Royal Avenue, Saint-Denis Street and Saint-Laurent Boulevard define it. The Mile End is part of it. The orange metro line runs through: Sherbrooke, Mont-Royal, Laurier.
