Outremont, at the foot of the mountain
Outremont spreads over the north side of Mount Royal, between the Plateau, Côte-des-Neiges and Parc-Extension. Laurier and Bernard avenues are its shopping streets, Outremont Park one of its landmarks. Outremont station, on the blue line, serves it, and the Université de Montréal’s MIL campus has settled at its northern edge.
