Three boroughs, one city
Longueuil is the central city of the agglomeration that bears its name, alongside Brossard, Boucherville, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and Saint-Lambert. It is split into three boroughs: Le Vieux-Longueuil on the riverfront, Saint-Hubert and Greenfield Park.
Rupert’s address is in Mont-Saint-Hilaire. Route 116 and Highway 20 run straight between the two, so Longueuil is an everyday drive for our technicians.
Your parent stayed in Longueuil, you work in Montreal
No need to cross the Jacques Cartier Bridge on a Tuesday night for a stubborn printer. Book from your office, put your own number in the form, and the technician calls you to understand the problem. Then he rings your mother’s or father’s doorbell.
What the one-hour visit looks like
The technician works on your own devices, with your Wi-Fi and your accounts. He leaves a note of what he did, plus a few tips for next time. The requests we hear most: a printer that no longer connects, a suspicious email, photos that stopped moving from the phone to the tablet.
