Where Candiac is
Candiac is a town in the Roussillon RCM, between La Prairie and Delson, where Highways 15 and 30 meet. Its station is the end of the exo Candiac train line, which runs to downtown Montreal.
The new device, set up for you
A new device ships with settings meant for everyone, which means nobody in particular. Rupert’s technician adjusts it to the way you use it: bigger text, louder volume, the useful apps on the first screen and the rest tucked further away.
He also moves over what needs to follow from the old device: contacts, photos, the email account.
If it is your parent who lives in Candiac
Booking takes three steps online: the problem, who it is for, your contact details. Choose “For a parent” and leave your own number.
